Impaired driver, the Conn. Trooper sentenced and killed to 18 years

New Britain, Conn. – A man who scored and killed a goal on a motorway last year was sentenced to 18 years in prison on Tuesday, which was not considered long enough by the soldier's widow.

Oyola-Sanchez had earlier convictions in his home country in Puerto Rico because of murder and three cases of murder attempt murder, according to a representative of the state deposit.
