Civil lawsuit against Meridian woman charged because of a fatal March crash

Meridian, Idaho – the family of Erma May, the woman who was killed in a Meridian accident in March has submitted a civilian complaint against Emily Minow, the driver of the other vehicle. Paul Maurice Brown II, who does not drive, but has the Ford Explorer, the middle one is also listed as a defendant

Minow was charged with a number of vehicle and three cases of severe DUI because three other people caused big assault in the car.

A changed complaint submitted on Wednesday states that Minow operated the vehicle under the influence of meth and/or an intoxicating substance. Their deposit is set at 1 million US dollars.

The complaint submitted on May 2 demands that crap will be exposed to a jury to determine the amount of money that should be awarded to the plaintiffs, which “compensates for injuries and damage quite and reasonably”.

The plaintiffs include the family members of Mays, who were also in the vehicle during the accident, including Kevin Juve, Shawna Juve, Kevin Mays and Kevin Mays, who act as a representative for Erma May's estate.
