Wache: Stephen Miller says

Stephen Miller, a top advisor to the White House, said the administration was looking for ways to expand their legal authority to deport migrants who are illegal in the country.

See Miller's statements in the video player above.

“The constitution is clear – and this is of course the highest law of the country – that the privilege of the Habeas Corpus can be suspended in a time of the invasion,” he told reporters. “So it is an option that we actively look at.”

Miller added that “a lot depends on whether the dishes do the right thing or not.”
