As a criticism of the government and the handling of the case by the police with a SOB, the Guyanese authorities said on Thursday that they hired a retired Canadian federal investigator to examine the death of an 11-year-old school girl who died two weeks ago under mysterious circumstances in a coastal hotel resort.

The Security Ministry said Leonard MC Coshen, a retired investigator of Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), would join Adrianna Younge's death, whose body from the double day -Hotel swimming pool was fished for hours after she was reported by relatives. The family said they were in the resort in one day, about 20 miles west of the city.

Her death and what generally represented as a defective investigation by the local police had triggered Krücke between the police, fans of the family and criminal elements that had infiltrated demonstrated during a autopsy. The police fired tear gas and rubber balls and injured several people. Two more were shot while allegedly committed robberies.

In response to the demonstrations as shops, offices, schools and messages, the authorities imposed an initial ban overnight overnight, but have been lifted since then because the difficulties were reduced.

The national outrage was triggered by allegations that the police prevented the family and others from searching the hotel as soon as it had disappeared. The officials even reported that they had left the site with a mature man in a vehicle, but was later forced to withdraw the declaration after family members had checked the nearby CCTV film material to show that Adrianna had never left the resort.

And what the nation worsened was the fact that the pool was searched several times by different groups of people. No body was found in the water until the next day. Her father, Subran Younge, said that he remains blurred by the sudden appearance of her body in the pool, with puffs being filled into her nose. He is firmly convinced that his daughter was murdered and refused to accept autop appeals that show that she was drowned.

Family members say they believe that they have become the victim of a bizarre religious ritual that reflected the death of a young man in the pool more than a decade ago. The owner's son and an employee were freed from murder.

The ministry said that the retired officer has more than 30 years of experience in the examination of suspicious deaths and at the behest of President Irfaan Ali he was flown in because he is careful to ensure transparency.

In a statement, the police said that body fluids and other samples were sent to the National Medical Services (NMS) laboratories in the United States in addition to the investigation of Mount Sinai's board-certified forensic and diagnostic pathologists in the USA.

“The purpose of the Post Mortemtoxicological Analysis is to recognize, identify and quantify drugs, alcohol, poisons or other toxic substances in the body of the deceased. This analysis helps to determine whether one of these substances was present, and if this was contributed to the death of the deceased,” said the police.
