The boss still has the authority to appoint deputy bosses directly and to replace the older system of funding with tested deputy bosses.

The schedule for the examination of disciplinary matters begins at the point of discovery and maintaining the current 180-day window.


Article 33

Officials who receive the reimbursement of tuition fees and leave the department within five years must repay the costs with accommodated vacation. This article also contains an increase in Poatol's wages to motivate the officials to react quickly to service calls.
