Family remembers DC Father Hit, killed in fatal and street hit-and-run-run robbery

A DC family mourns the loss of the murder of their beloved person who was killed during a deadly U-Straße.

The 55-year-old Donnel Phillips, a father of three children and grandfather of two years, received money for his rent during his lunch break when he was killed. Phillips was a concierge overnight in an apartment complex in 14th Street Northwest.
