Rep. Mark Green demands an unabashed video, documents from Kilmar Abrego Garcia's traffic stop

Mark Green, Chairman of House Homeland Security, demands that the authorities of Tennessee do not speak reports and videos of the alleged MS-13 Gangbanger Kilmar Abrego Garcia's traffic stop where he was suspected of acting illegal migrants.

Edited BodyCam film material was published when the moment when Agreetgo Garcia -which was incorrectly deported by the Trump administration to El Salvador, was covered by Tennessee Highway Patrol in 2022 with a car charge by eight people.

In the clip preserved by Fox News, a soldier can be heard that 29-year-old Salvadoran drags these people for money.

The alleged gang member was ultimately released with a quote for driving with an expired driver's license. However, Fox News announced that the soldiers spoke in a reduced part of the video about calling immigration officers.

While a call was made, the federal authorities did not appear, the outlet reported.

According to a copy of the Friday letter, Green now asks for “complete” and “not edited” versions of all film material and reports from the traffic stop.

Abrego Garcia was deported in March after President Trump called the law on Alien Enemies from the 18th century and sent him to El Salvador's “Hellhole” megaprison before he was later transferred to a facility with lower safety.

Federal civil servants admitted that he was deported despite an administrative error.

The Supreme Court has instructed the White House to facilitate the return of Abego Garcia, but the Trump government continues to argue that they will not bring it back.
