After a fatal shootout in New Tampa, an Ocala man will be exposed to the first degree last summer before a first degree.

Terrance Barnett Robinson Jr., 34, was originally charged as an accessory for the murder of Kyle John Prisco, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Prisco was recorded at the Regent Park Drive before the 19000 block of the Bruce B. Downs Boulevard shortly before 3 p.m. June 17.

The MPs previously said that Robinson was present when Forest Isaiah Jackson, 25, shot prisco. The two men fled together after the shootout, according to the Sheriff's office.

“After a comprehensive and ongoing study, new evidence of Robinson's participation in front of the shootout confirmed,” said the Sheriff's office in a press release on Friday. “As a result, he now faces a suspicion of murder because of his role in the incident that led to the death of the victim.”

Robinson was arrested on July 3 because of the accessories in Ohio. Records show that he was instructed to a Hillsborough County prison on July 23 and was released four days later after publishing a deposit of $ 100,000.

On Thursday he was arrested in Marion County for murder and charges for robbery and, according to Sheriff's Office, is waiting for the transfer to Hillsborough County.

The sheriff's office did not provide any further information, but an earlier arrest warrant for Robinson has more light on what investigators say.

Shortly before 3 p.m. June 17, the Sheriff office received several 911 calls in which a person was reported on the street near the Park Drive and Bruce B. Down Boulevard. When the MPs arrived, they found a disabled white Mercedes Benz Cla, which was parked south on the north side of the Park Drive. Prisco was found dead with “obvious gunshot wounds on his upper body and head”, according to the arrest warrant.

With interviews and surveillance material, the investigators found that a black Chevrolet Camaro in the Chase Bank in 19001 Bruce B. Downs BLVD. Around a minute later, Prisco came to the Mercedes around 2:43 p.m. and parked east of the Camaro.

Robinson approached the bank “from the direction in which the Camaro is parked” and withdrew 400 US dollars in cash from an ATM in the anteroom. Then he entered the passenger side of the Camaro.

The Mercedes is then seen how it pulls away from the shore and drives east through the parking lot, followed by the Camaro. Numerous testimonies and cell phone videos that were made available to the law enforcement authorities found that the Mercedes left the plaza and left the following Camaro to the west on the Regents Park Drive.

When both vehicles stopped in a red light in the lane of the Park Drive Regen, which turns south, Jackson left the driver's side of the Camaro with a firearm in the “assault rifle”, the arrest warrant says. Then he approached the Mercedes and forced Prisco with a gun held before he shot him several times.

Prisco ran east and fell to the ground near the intersection. Video, which was recorded by a witness, shows that Jackson approaches Prisco and shoots him back on point-blank range before returning to Camaro, the arrest warrant says.

Jackson can be seen that “a cardboard box with unknown content gets from the vicinity of the Mercedes before it rises on the passenger side of the Camaro and corresponds to himself in front of the Regents Park Drive,” says the arrest warrant. Witnesses told the investigators that Robinson was at the wheel of the Camaro.

A search for the Mercedes resulted in two cell phones that belonged to Prisco, and about £ 2.15 “a green leaf substance that matches marijuana”. Prisco sold marijuana and, according to the arrest warrant, opened a business in California. A witness informed the investigators that Prisco put the marijuana in cardboard boxes in the locations of the crowd over £ 2.

Jackson was later found in Jamaica, deported to the United States and taken into custody for murder and robbery with a firearm. He did not know his guilty.
