The 44-year-old Jampier Quintero was killed and the police said he was an innocent viewer who brought his children to haircuts before Easter.

Two other people were shot and have been released from the hospital since then.

Quintero and his family had immigrated from Venezuela to the USA a few years ago to seek asylum and a better life.

The police believe that Chantharangsy got his haircut and began to shoot through the cloak from a hairdressing chair that covered his chest.

Chantharangsy was instructed in the Fresno County prison for murder and other charges.
