Oklahoma City (AP) – Russell Westbrook had another magical moment in Oklahoma City.

This time it was for the visitors.

Westbrook supported Aaron Gordon's gaming gambling 3-pointer, and the Denver Nuggets fascinated the top seeds in Oklahoma City Thunder 121-119 on Monday evening.

Westbrook scored 18 points in 7-against-13 shooting and was an important support player for Nikola Jokics Monster 42-point-22 points.

It was Westbrook's first playoff game in Oklahoma City as an opponent. He started his career at The Thunder and was worshiped by her fans because he kept the team competitive after Kevin Durant had gone to the Golden State Warriors in 2016.

The crowd finally cheered against Westbrook when he missed a free throw with 2:18. The fans cheered again when he missed a 3 pointer that Denver could have given the lead in the last minute.

Westbrook has the Chet Holmgren from Oklahoma City dirty with 9.5 seconds, but Holmgren missed both free throws and set up the final sequence. Westbrook put pressure on the defense in the middle of the floor, then found Gordon, who made the shot over the 7-foot 1-Holmgren.

Gordon appreciated Westbrook and trusted him.

“It's nice that everything culminates on a game winner, but it really depends on my teammates how to play Russ a great game and find myself in the transition and rhythm on time,” said Gordon. “It helps if you have a passerby Hall of Fame who will pass it on to you.”
