Guardian's points against Phillies | Gavin Williams begins as Cleveland opened six-game home stand as a Cleveland

Cleveland-Die Guardians (22-15) return home to meet the Philadelphia Phillies (22-15) in a series with three games that begins on Friday, May 9, at 7.10 p.m. on Progressive Field.

The guards started on May 8, after winning 8: 6 at the Washington Nationals on May 7th. This ended a distance of 22 games in 23 days, with two double header. The guards put together a 14: 8 record over the route, which began on April 15 in Baltimore.

Carlos Santana went to the inning. Guardian bats come to life in Washington DC

The Nationales defeated the Guardians in the first game of a Doublehead on May 6th with 10: 9 before the Guardians won the second game 9-1. Cleveland won in the series finale on May 7th 8-6.
