Taylor Swifts Camp Slams Preiladement in Blake Livelyin Baldoni Fall as “Boulevard-Clickbait”

A spokesman for Taylor Swift said on Friday that an attempt to subordinate the pop star as a witness in Blake Lively, and Justin Baldoni's case was “interpreted” to “use the name of the singer to arouse public interest”.

TMZ reported that Baldoni's lawyer Bryan Freedman in the lawsuits with the film “IT ends with us”. Freedman did not immediately answer an inquiry for a comment on Friday evening.

Representatives for LIVELY did not react immediately to a request for comments.

Swift's team rejected the idea that she had relevant information and should not be involved in the legal tangle.

“Taylor Swift never set the set of this film on foot, she was not involved in casting or creative decisions, she did not achieve the film, she never saw an editing or made notes to the film, she did not even see 'it' with us' and traveled in 2023 and 2024 when he was the greatest tour in history over the globe.

Swift licensed music for the film.

“In view of the fact that their participation was to licensing a song for the film that 19 other artists also did, this document load is designed in such a way that it uses the name of Taylor Swift to arouse the public interest by creating boulevard clickbait instead of concentrating on the facts of the case,” said the speaker.

The legal dispute between Baldoni and Lively began at the end of last year after Lively submitted a complaint for civil rights against her co-star and director and accused him of sexual harassment during the filming. She also accused him of retaliation after having raised problems with regard to his behavior before the set. LIVELY then sued Baldoni, the production company of the film, Wayfarer Studios and others, and claimed that they had dealt with a carefully designed, coordinated and resource frame measures to silence them and others from speaking.

A Baldoni lawyer described the allegations as “completely wrong, outrageous and deliberately exciting” and accused lively to participate in a compression campaign.

In December, Baldoni sued the New York Times for defamation after the publication of an article in which LIVELY's allegations were described. The Times, which first reported on the complaint, was in the reporting. This lawsuit has not yet been completed.

In January he also submitted a lawsuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, her representative Leslie Sloane and Sloanes PR company. Baldoni claims that the parties have defamation and ignored contractual claims.

He is looking for $ 400 million and legal proceedings.

A process is planned for March 2026 in New York.

Swift was drawn into headlines in relation to the case after Baldoni submitted his 179-page lawsuit, which contained examples of alleged text messages between him and LIVELY.

Swift is not mentioned in a suit, apart from a text message in which a “Taylor” is mentioned. In the text of the lawsuit, she is referred to as the “Megacelebrity friend”.

Baldoni's team confirmed NBC News that Taylor Swift, a long -time friend of LIVELY, is the Taylor Swift, named.

“If you ever look at Game of Thrones, you will appreciate that I am Khaleesi and how she happened to have a few dragons,” says a text by Lively, according to the suit. “For good or bad, but usually better. Because my dragons also protect those for which I fight. So we all benefit from my beautiful monsters from me. They will promise them too.”
