Video records part of the terroric night along the I-65

Limestone County, Ala. (Waff) video, in which one of the eight crashes on the I-65, which were caused by an 18-wheel, was given to Waff 48.

For 27 miles, a truck driver turned through the streets, fell against cars and killed 22-year-old William Hardrick.

John McAdams is charged with murder of Hardrick.

Waff 48 spoke to the witness, who received a video of the 27 miles terror on the I-65.

Ron Russell was almost hit by the great rig. He just came on the right lane in time and started taking up

In the video that Russell recorded, you can see how the red 18-wheel raves in the left lane.

Russell said that the driver had to drive at least 100 miles per hour.

In the video, the big rig falls against another smaller car. The crash occurred near the Buc-EEs in Athens.

Russell stopped the video after seeing one of the eight crashes. Fortunately, he said that the woman who was hit was not injured, but her car was overall.

Russell said that the driver of the 18-wheel had to pay the price for what he caused.

“I couldn't even see the windshield. He was so close to me and I shot aside. Unfortunately, he has to harvest what he sowed. He came behind the wheel, he killed someone, he has to pay the price for what he did”

We are still waiting to hear from Alea about the investigation. You said Waff 48 that you would soon have more information.

McAdams has a preliminary hearing on Tuesday. Waff 48 will be there to bring you updates.
