Authorities that examine the crash in the 57th St. and Veterans Pkwy in Sioux Falls

Sioux Falls, SD (Dakota News now) – The Sioux police police investigate an accident with two vehicles, which took place on Friday in East 57th Street and in South Veterans Parkway, in which two people and another injured were killed.

9:40 p.m. Update: According to SGT. Travis Olsen from the Sioux Falls police authority, around 6:30 p.m., units reacted to a crash at the intersection of the 57th Street and the South Veterans Parkway.

It was found that a GMC Sierra 2018 had traveled south on the Veterans Parkway, who was driven by a 35-year-old man.

A 2015 Ford Taurus from a 77-year-old man with a 78-year-old passenger traveled north.

The Taurus initiated a turn on the 57th Street in front of the oncoming GMC, which led to a collision.

The bull's female passenger was declared dead at the crime scene.

The driver of the bull was brought to a regional hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The GMC driver was brought to a regional hospital with serious injuries.

The names of the participants were not published until the family notification is outstanding.

The Sioux Falls' police authority is carried out by the investigation.

It is not known whether speed or impairment were factors in the crash.
