Coroner reveals Jeff Sperbeck, John Elway's former agent, the cause of death after the golf car crashed

Jeff Sperbeck, the long -time agent, business partner and friend of John Elway, died after he was involved in a serious crash with a golf car. Sperbeck was 62.

Elway, a former quarterback from Denver Broncos, reports that the motorized vehicle drove at the time of the fatal accident.

The Coroner of Riverside County (California) confirmed that Sperbeck died on April 30 at the Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. The injury was in the nearby La Quinta four days earlier.
