Video shows woman who whispers in front of herself after a deadly Dui crash in Broward

Hollywood, Fla. -The investigators said that Latoya Hayes accelerated when she drove drunk without a driver's license for Interstate 95 when she killed a 28-year-old man who worked as a street ranger.

According to Hayes, Hayes drove near Hollywood Boulevard when she beat Jose Parra on New Year's Day and killed.
