Family sued the driver, city and state over 2023, in which 4 were killed in St. Louis 4

St. Louis, Mon (first alarm 4) – The family of one of the victims of a devastating crash, in which four people were killed in St. Louis, sued the driver, the city of St. Louis and the Missouri Department of Transportation because of the death of their relatives.

In February 2023, Bryanna Johnson (18), Anthony Robinson (19), Contrail McKinley (20) and Richard Boyd (19) were killed when a driver at the intersection of the Grand and Forest Park Avenue red light broke through.

The driver, Cedric Dixon, was sentenced to 20 years in prison after guilty of four cases of homicide.

Robinson's mother, Juanita Robinson, is now suing Dixon because of his role as an accident. She also sued the city of St. Louis and Modot because of its alleged, street designs that contributed to the crash.

According to a start of death submitted in St. Louis last week, Dixon went without a driver's license when he walked around at stopped cars and scored the Chevrolet Tahoe in which her son was a passenger.

After the Taoe was beaten, she fell through a guardrail through a traffic light and landed on the Forest Parkway, which was traveling under South Grand in this place.

Robinson claims in the lawsuit that the city and the state motorway department had not kept the intersection and left it in an unsafe state. The design of the guardrails and the sidewalk at this location was also incorrect, the lawsuit said.

The first Alert 4 has turned to Robinson's lawyer, the city and model and is waiting for an answer.
