Complaint claims that the interstate was not properly plowed.

St. Louis, Mo. (first alarm 4) – Casey Colgan, the surviving spouse of Colleen Lischwe, has submitted a negligence action against the Commission for Motorways and Transport Companies in Missouri.

Lischwe was killed on January 15th when a semi-trick in her car on the inter-state east 44 near the Vandeventer overpass plowed her car.

The 35-year-old Lischwe slowed down or stayed in the right-wing extremist trace after her emergency flyers had a problem with or in the vehicle during the crash. According to the lawsuit, she could not move her car onto the shoulder of the interstate, since dangerous conditions were caused by snow that were created on the shoulder due to violation of the regulations of the Missouri motorways and the transport commission in terms of snow and ice control operations.

The collision led Lischwe's car over the snow on the shoulder of the highway and next to the transfer of the Vandeventer Avenue.

In the lawsuit, an attempt is made to reclaim costs in connection with Lischwe's death according to Missouris illegal death statute.

Lischwe was the McKendree Wasserpolo coach at the time of her death.

The Missouri Ministry of Transport would not comment on the pending legal dispute. A Gofundme has collected almost 105,000 US dollars for the support of Colgan's family.
