Gastlecose caused by construction accident

The Lebanon fire brigade quickly reacted to a report on a gas leak break on Monday afternoon.

Shortly after a report on a gas leaf outdoors, units were sent on site and an examination was initiated. Firefighters quickly found that a tractor trailer who dragged a large Dozer had hit a gas captain when he tried to leave a nearby construction site, which led to a significant natural gas release.

The crew waited for a secure area and waited for the arrival of gas protection and the team of the eastern representative. After assessing the situation together, the crews agreed to pull the trailer away safely from the damaged line with a track hoe. The LFD crews remained able to offer fire protection throughout the company.

Engineer Lynch and Senior Firefighter Beazley worked to reduce the statics in the area by spraying water near the leak. Firefighters Demonbreun and Woods were ready with a backup line and reacted when the conditions deteriorated. The removal process went smoothly and no injuries were reported.

After deleting the area, the supply crews closed the leaky gas line. As soon as the scene was classified as safe, firefighters steered devices and returned to the service.
