Trump keeps his promises. Demonstrators don't understand it.

play

The Detroit Free Press submitted feedback in office for the first 100 days by President Donald Trump, so I thought I would offer a look from the perspective of a moderate/conservative view.

I am pleased that he promises his campaigns that the majority of the voting public was supported. Close the southern border, arrested people who are illegal here, and the criminals who have entered our country, trying fraud, waste and duplicity in our federal government, tried to convey an end to the Ukrainian/Russia conflict, the Woke -agenda that our society has balanced, the green initiative against energy, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

If I preferred that he was more of a statesman than a shock jock – yes! I am confident that it will lead the USA in the right direction – definitely. If our democracy is at risk because he is our guide – absolutely not. My opinion.

Protests are no voices

I have seen newspaper reports on a considerable number of American citizens (or not American citizens, depending on the location of the protest) who exercise their constitutional rights and again protest against President Donald Trump's policy. I would best once again remember the protests as “a number of people who did not vote for Trump in 2024, which remind the rest of the country, that they still don't like Trump and his politics, and do not like his politics and, in protest against the elected president.” This seems to be the only and recurring “contact point” for these voters on the wrong side of the election college and the popular votes last November.

I can fully understand your confusion in relation to the president's actions. Trump actually follows the campaign promises he made as a candidate Trump, the promises that chose him. This is the first time that I have experienced a chosen president who actually fulfills his election promises on the first day, let alone day 100. Since I was 62 years old, this is quite a performance.

I am grateful that our elected guides are more likely to be determined by national coordination than by a national protest. When we reach 2.2 million people who protest and swing against signs that previously voted for Trump in November, they only call me to change the instructions of his guidelines.
