Children killed under several at Israel's attacks on Gaza in the middle of auxiliary blockade | Israel-Palestine conflict news

Seven people, including three children, were killed in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip in the middle of a month-long Israeli blockade that deepened the humanitarian crisis in the coastal enclave torn by the war.

The Palestinian news agency Wafa said that Israeli fighter planes bombed a tent in the city of Gaza on Saturday morning in the Sabra district and killed five members of the Tlaib family.

“Three children, her mother and her husband slept in a tent and were bombed by one [Israeli] Occupation aircraft, ”family member Omar Abu al-Kass told the AFP news agency.

The strikes came “without warning and without having done anything wrong,” added Abu al-Kass, who said he was the grandfather of the children's side.

At the same time, a drone attack on the district of Tuffah in Gaza City left one person dead.

Further south, Wafa said that Israeli cannon boats opened “heavy fire” on the banks of Rafah and killed a man who was identified as Mohammed Saeed al-bardawil. Two other civilians were injured in an attack on the humanitarian Al-Mawasi zone west of Rafah.

According to the Enclave Ministry of Health, at least 23 Palestinians have been killed in the last 24 hours and 124 other injuries injured in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip.

Israeli blockade

The attacks came in the middle of the continuing rejection of Israel to enable important supplies in Gaza since March 2, so that the 2.3 million inhabitants of the enclave remained dependent on a dwindling number of charity kitchen, which have been closed in the last few days in the course of the food.

Al Jazeeras Hind Khoudary reported by Deir El-Balah in the central Gaza and said: “There is hardly any food … We talk about bakeries that do not operate, we do not talk about any distribution points and we only talk about a few hot kitchens that are still in operation.”

Khoudary said that people would work for hours who would often leave behind with empty hands, whereby the remaining kitchens would extend food that had previously fed 100 to serve up to 2,000 people.

“We see more people dying, we see more children who die due to malnutrition and the lack of food. But it is not only the lack of food, it is also the lack of medical care, it is the lack of fuel, the cooking of gas and the lack of everything,” she said.

The world of Central Kitchen based in the USA with the charity organizations that were closed on Wednesday said she was forced to close because it had no supplies for baking or cooking meals.

The United Nations office for coordinating humanitarian matters appealed to the cancellation of the blockade.

“Children starving and dying. Community kitchens are closed. Clean water expires,” said Friday in a position on X.

“Failure of mankind”

The blockade also has a devastating effect on people with chronic diseases and deprives Palestinians who live in diabetes, cancer and rare diseases, life -saving medication.

Al Jazeeras Hani Mahmoud reported from Gaza city and said: “The doctors here say that the tragedy is not in what is happening, but in what is avoidable.”

“These diseases have treatment, but people in Gaza have no more access to them, and they say that this is not just a failure of logistics, but also of humanity,” he added.

Mahmoud spoke to the father of a 10-year-old boy who suffers from diabetes who said that insulin was not available in the north of the Gaza Strip.

“I spend all days to search pharmacies in the hope of finding it. Sometimes we hear that individuals could have them, so I go to their houses to exchange,” he said.

Al-Soudy, Emergency Manager of the Al Helou International Hospital of the Oncological Department of the Oncology Department Gaza City, told Al Jazera: “A large part of the patients fights to find their essential medication. Without them, their health conditions are deteriorating and can become life-threatening.”

The pharmacist Rana Alsamak told Al Jazeera that Palestinians could not receive medication for “multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, hepatitis, chronic diseases and … immune -related diseases”.

“These conditions are now largely untreated,” she said.

On Friday, the United States stated that the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation for coordinating aids in Gaza Strip, whereby Israel offers military security for operations. The United Nations rejected the move and said that it would weapons that would violate neutrality and cause mass shift.
