U-Haul van Crash in the Main Street near the University of Delaware violated several pedestrians

In the event of an accident on Tuesday afternoon in Newark near the Delaware University campus, several pedestrians were injured.

Newark, del. (WPVI) – In an accident with a U-Haul van in Newark, Delaware, several pedestrians were injured on Tuesday.

It happened around 4:30 p.m. in the Main Street near the University of Delaware.

The police say that a victim was brought to Christiana Hospital for unknown injuries.

Sources confirm that others were also injured in the incident, but there was no immediate word on their conditions.

Delaware University says it was not alerted when one of the injured students is.
