Orioles skipper gives significant injury updates to several important players

The early battles of the Baltimore Orioles on the plate were well documented because their lack of success at the court led the team to fall to an Al East worst 13-23 record.

There are many reasons why the team turned early and the injury error is probably at the top of the list. Several keys in the line -up have spent stints for the IL this season, which means that Baltimore has not tackled chemistry.

Baltimore Manager Brandon Hyde updated against the Los Angeles Angels on Friday evening and touched on Friday evening, where everyone is in their respective recovery processes.

According to Matt Weyrich von der Baltimore Sun, Hyde said that the Infielder Jordan Westburg is at least a week before the start of rehabilitation start. According to reports, the tense thigh of 2024 All Star Selection has developed well in the past few days, but a setback has forced the team to push back its Minor League stint.

In more positive news, Hyde also gave an update about the Ramón Urías Infieldder and explained that he could return to the club next Tuesday. Like Westburg, Urías was forced to the IL with a thigh injury.

Finally Hyde also touched the Star outfield Colin Cowser, who suffered a broken thumb against Toronto Blue Jay at the end of March.

The runner -up 2024 Al Rookie of the Year was seen before the game on Friday evening. When Weyrich was asked about a potential schedule for his return, Hyde reports that cowser is still a little removed to swing a bat.

Breaks of thumb are notoriously difficult injuries for the players from whom you can fully recover, so this is not unexpected for a cowser. Apart from that, his absence from the line -up together with Westburg and Urías was extremely harmful to the team.

Baltimore will count the days until they can bring all three important players back into their everyday list, which cannot come early enough. Until then, Hyde has to search for opportunities to keep his team up to date with the parts he has available.
