Agatha Christie – Queen of the Crime Exhibition according to East Sussex

An Agatha Christie exhibition is to be opened in East Sussex.

The exhibition of Gale Goddard examines the life and inheritance of the English author, which is known for her detective novels and short stories.

With the title Agatha Christie – The Queen of Crime, it is to be opened on Saturday in the Hastings Museum and in the art gallery.

The exhibits include displays such as Poirot's dinner on the Orient Express, Christies disappear from 1926 and the Egyptian artifacts, which are coming to death in the Nile.

Original elements, books and objects are also displayed.

“Agatha Christie is one of the most popular crime writers in the world,” said Julia Hilton, head of the city council of Hastings Borough, and added that many people will be excited to see the exhibition.

She said there were suggestions that Christie visited the area, with Hastings and St. Leonards referring to some of her books.

The exhibition – which is free – is to be carried out by August 10th.
