Take a look at these highlights from Tryout LB Lavonta Bentley

While the Denver Broncos are trying to round off their 90-man squad, the Minicamp rookie will take place this week. As part of the camp, the Broncos invited more than two dozen test players to participate, including several players from local colleges.

One of these happy players is the former Line backer of Clemson Tiger and Colorado Buffalo Lavonta Bentley. Bentley (6-0, 235 pounds) is one of at least four former buffs that are invited to the Rookie Minicamp (tight end Mikey Harrison is another). Before moving to Colorado, Bentley played with Dabo Swinney's Tigers from 2019-22. With the Tigers, Bentley had a total of 68 duels (44 solo, 24), including 5.5 sacks, two forced fiddling and 12 duels for the loss.

Bentley moved to Boulder before the 2023 season. In two seasons in Colorado, he achieved a total of 123 duels (74 solo, 49), 15 duels due to loss, a forced fumbling, 6.0 sacks, two passable steering and two fumble recovery.

Bentley joins a talented Broncos rookie design class, which is led by defensive picks que Robinson, Jahdae Barron and Sai'vion Jones and wants to fight for a place on the 90-man-off-season squad.
