Bear WR Luther Burden Exits practice with potential injury

The Chicago Bears Rookie Wide Receiver Luther Burden III left the training on Saturday in Rookie Minicamp with a possible injury to his middle part.

According to 670, the burden towards the end of the training has a deep pass on the sidelines and endured awkward on his side. He clung to his middle part before he was viewed by a trainer.

After the training, offensive coordinator Declan Doyle did not comment on Burden's status that head coach Ben Johnson would deliver injury updates. Johnson was not available for a comment on Saturday after talking to the media on Friday.

On Saturday, the burden mainly worked out of the slot and, according to Clay Harbor, even had the game of the day when he hit a corner and security in the middle of the field for a long touchdown.

The load was selected with the 39th total selection in the NFL design of 2025. It was expected that he should be a first choice in the first round, but fell to Chicago in the seventh round.

The bears are said to have a last practice on Sunday in which Johnson is not expected.
