Papa, 19, charged with murder in the death of a 6 -week -old son

Gladstone, ore. (KPTV/Gray News)-A 19-year-old was charged with a second degree after the death of his 6-week son, the police said in Oregon.

On April 20, the Gladstone Police was informed that a child with serious brain injury was accepted into the Randall Children's Hospital.

The police arrested 19-year-old Maliki Skutley, the boy's father, after her first examination for the first degree.

The young, Paxton Schuler, died on April 23.

Skutley was finally charged with second degree in two cases of the murder, in addition to the indictment for assault.

Maliki Skutley practically appeared in front of Clackamas County Court. (KPTV)(KPTV)

Documents from the County County County show that the attack took place on April 16 and that Skutley was “deliberately cruel” for the boy during the attack.

According to the public prosecutor's office of Clackamas County, Paxton was in Skutley's care while the boy's mother was at work during the attack.

The mother of Skutley and Paxton lived in the budget Inn in Gladstone.

A police examination showed that the child's death was caused by a lack of oxygen into the brain due to a blunt force trauma or extreme pressure.

The examination remains completed, but everyone with information is asked to contact the Gladstone Police Department under 503-557-2797.

The family of 6-week-olds began a fundraising campaign to pay for medical and funeral costs.
