Trump says “Total Reset negotiates” with China during the tariff discussions in Geneva

President Donald Trump announced on Saturday evening at the social social on Saturday evening that “great progress” was made with China during the weekend trade negotiations.

The administration announced a round of tariffs on April 2 and later imposed a tariff of 145% on Chinese goods.

Trump is committed to a 10% basic tariff, according to the White House, despite the announcement of the trade agreement in Great Britain

Trump, a long -standing follower of tariffs, argued that “fair” obligations could take into account the trade deficit of 1.2 trillion dollars from 2024 in the amount of $ 1.2 trillion and promote the return of the US manufacturing jobs.

Bessent said in April that the tariffs could cost China up to 10 million jobs, which Chinese tariffs could not make sustainable.
