NYC crime: man killed, woman injured while shooting Bronx

Mott Haven, the Bronx (WABC) – A man was killed and a woman was injured at a shootout in the Bronx.

It happened shortly after 8:30 p.m. on Saturday in front of the Willis Avenue in Mott Haven.

The 30-year-old man was shot into his chest and declared dead in the hospital.

A 42-year-old woman who was shot in the leg is stable.

The circumstances of the shootout are unknown.

The police have no description of the shooter.
