Two dead people, a teenager who was injured while shooting Arvin

The Arvin police reacted to several reports on shots early Saturday morning at 4:30 a.m. in the Bautista Street.

When the officials arrived, they discovered two men who suffered from a residence from a shot. The men, one of whom between 18 and 20 years old and the other in his mid -20 years old, were declared dead despite life -saving efforts by medical staff at the crime scene.

In a residence in the Bautista Street, a young person involved was injured and brought to a nearby hospital with non -life -threatening injuries.

The core County Sheriff's Office Lamont -Span -Spanwerk helped to secure the scene. The authorities believe that the incident is isolated without the public being immediately threatened. The Arvin police head the investigation and say that a possible participation of the gangs played a role in the shootout. There are currently no suspects in custody.

The identity of the two died men will be published at a later date of the Coron's Office of the Kern County.
