Who killed JOESPH Guillen? No suspect appears six weeks after the driver meets the man on March 28th

Houston, Texas (KTRK) – Crime Stopper offers a reward of $ 5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the death of a man in Houston on March 28.

The Houston police authority says Joseph Guillen crossed Westheimer between South Gessner and Tanglewilde when a car hit him shortly after 4 a.m.

The driver never stopped and no one could get a description of the vehicle that hit him.

Guillen's sister Estella spoke to ABC13 about her brother. She said he loved to write poems, make woodworking and explore.

“He liked to travel. He was happy to be on the road,” said Estella Guillen.

The last six weeks have been an absolute puzzle for her family for her brother's death.

They call on possible witnesses and the hit-and-run driver to report.

HIT-and run cases in Houston are not unusual, but data show that only a small number of reported incidents have been solved.

“Closure is part of the mourning process, and it is difficult to have them if they don't know. There are so many unknown people,” said Joseph's sister.
