By Timothy Raj Augustin

This article is mothers who have occurred for children who did not have their own goods, and nobody illustrates this better than Amicia de Rune in the Pest -Tale series. This is because Amicia is not Hugo de Rune's mother – she is his sister, but she is forced to play the role because of her mother, Beatrices, in times of great argument anyway. It is of course not Beatrice's fault. The alchemist did everything to heal Hugo from his weakening symptoms, but was separated from her children by the fact.

While Amicia and Hugo are sometimes in the company of friends and allies, they are just as often and in danger that several threats are offered. If it is not the rat plague, it is the French Inquisition. In the meantime, Amicia Hugo is certain by leading him through avalanches of rats, battles in Inquisition soldiers and a path to protection in a dark and gruesome world. She is 15 years old and he is five, and none of them should be able to save each other to save each other – but they save each other, they will do it.

NYX from Hades

In Supergiant Games' Hades, Nyx plays a crucial role as a maternal figure for Zagreus. From a technically speaking, she is not his true mother, but she raised him in the absence of Persephonians than her own. NYX, one of the many Thonic gods, is more than an original embodiment of the night; It is the reason why Zagreus survived childhood.

Throughout the game, NYX consistently offers Zagreus measured, compassionate instructions. She never forces him in something, but her presence is always stable and calm. Even after he has uncovered the truth – that Pershone is his biological mother – Zagreus respect and affection for NYX, never hurt. In one of her conversations, Zagreus expresses his gratitude by telling her that he should never repay you [Nyx] for all [she’s] You did it. “However, NYX only tells him that he had already paid her back.

NYX also plays an important role in the development of Zagreus as a fighter. In the earlier part of the game, she grants him the “mirror of the night”, which was found in his sleeping pond. This mirror is important after the player has died or ended, because Zagreus can get upgrades that can be bought after each escape attempt. After Zagreus (or the player) gave her enough gifts to strengthen her bond, she gives him the black scarf, a souvenir. This makes his damage against undamaged enemies.

Their influence is so effective that Hades also discovers the truth about his true mother Persehone, NYX continues to be seen as a mother, not out of obligation, but out of respect for care and strength that she made available in his formative years. In an empire that is ruled by duty and hard authority, their instructions are one of the few sources of the heat on which Zagreus can rely on.

Yennefer of Vengerberg vom Witcher

By Arianne Blanco

Yennefer von Vengerberg found the Witcher franchise as a mighty sorceress and Geralt of Rivia's true love. But beyond magic and romance, Yennefer is primarily regarded as the mother figure Cirilla (also known as Ciri), Geralt's adoptive daughter.

Initially, Yennefer was experienced in search of her fertility, what she had lost when she had undergone an exhausting transformation that she changed from an ugly duck backback to the impressive beauty that she later became. The loss of her fertility deeply influenced Yennefer when she believed that she was deprived of the ability to experience the joys of motherhood.

After Yennefer Ciri considered her own daughter and met Ciri. She took Ciri under her wings and essentially raised her while cultivating a strong emotional bond. Yennefer taught Ciri Magic as she prepared her into the world and protected her from all kinds of damage that could come in the way.

The mother-daughter relationship that Ciri and Yennefer may not be so prominent in the games compared to the books, but there is no way that a player who has invested in the huge expanse of the Witcher tradition can deny that Yennefer has definitely strengthened Vengerberg.

Cooking mom's cooking mom

By Kurt Lozano

Cooking is a skill that everyone has to learn, although there is never only a safe way to learn it. Nevertheless, most people are taught how to cook from their mothers, and as such the shoot as soon as they reach adulthood. However, I was unfortunately one of these nervous teenagers who thought they were too cool for such things and instead spent most of the time to play video games if I could have learned valuable life powers. However, I played on the Nintendo DS Kochmam.

I know that the cooking mom video games should not teach them how to actually cook, after all, what is often complicated kitchen tasks for one or two wipes on the dS touchscreen of the DS. But somehow I keep seeing all the times when I played chef mom when I actually have to prepare a decent meal.

While it can be easy for some, cooking can be difficult. Making a mistake is also expensive. You either waste food you bought, or risk your health to use inferior cuisine. But the title cooking mom of the games helped me not to put me under pressure as an unexpected cook who tries to pretend to be a gourmet cook. If I successfully do something when cooking, I'm always alwAYS Hear you say “Wow, even better than mom!” Even if what I did just cut a little garlic or turn a omelet around without destroying it. And when I make a mistake “Don't worry, mom will repair it!”Even if I can't reset things like in the video game and actually have to deal with the consequences of my actions. With all of this, the cooking of mom somehow helped me to consider cooking as fun and not just as a annoying duty.

I'm not a Gordon Ramsay, but I would like to think that the cooking of mom helps me to make this corned beef fried rice with eggs that I had for breakfast today.
