Mark Stone injury Update: Golden Knights Captain leaves game 3 against Oilers

Vegas Golden Knights captain Mark Stone left the 3 -win on Saturday against the Edmonton Oilers and did not return.

In the second phase, the team announced that Stone had a violation of the upper body. His last shift in the game remained in the first period at about six minutes.

The Golden Knights gathered with a goal from Reilly Smith with a goal from Reilly Smith 4: 3.

The nature of Stoneese's injury is not clear, but video showed that he lost his balance in the first period and fell in Oiler's striker Corey Perry. After this incident, he played three layers.

Trainer Bruce Cassidy called Stone everyday life.

“We will see (Sunday) how he feels,” he said. “He obviously didn't return, we saw that, but it doesn't conclude him to play the next game. We will know more (Sunday).”

Stone drove in game 3 and led the Golden Knights with four playoff goals and took second place with nine points.

Vegas' Pavel Dorofeyev was again in the line -up after he had returned from an injury, and defender Brayden McNabb was a surprising addition after he was injured in game 2 and missed the morning skate. McNabb has scored a secondary assist for Smith's game.

The Oilers started goalkeeper Stuart Skinner in game 3 because Calvin Pickard is daily with an unknown injury. Pickard had won six games in a row after Skinner was drawn in game 2 of the first round.
