A man from the Boulder region, who was accused of buying and possessing the material for sexual abuse of children, was sentenced to 10 years as part of the intensive supervisory program for sex offenders.

Harrison James Kearns, 26, was charged with a child's sexual exploitation – extraordinary risk; And a number of sexual exploitation of a child – possession of sexually exploitial material – exceptional risk.
