Gordon Mckernan's lawyers will act as a presentation sponsor for the 39 of the lawyer^TH Annual star of the stars who honors the best high school athletes from the Baton Rouge region.

This year's event will take place on Monday, May 19th at 7 p.m. in the L'Auberge Event Center.

Mckernan has good memories of being an enthusiastic high school athlete and participating in sports such as football, basketball, tennis, athletics and swimming. These experiences taught him living lessons that still apply today.

“I think sports teaches you so much that it is necessary to be successful,” said Mckernan. “They learn how to improve their skills as a team for a common goal and how to improve their skills. They have to be disciplined and on time to do practices and games. Sometimes they have to make sacrifices. I have learned these skills that do sports, and I still use them today.

Mckernan said that athletics remained an important part of life because his legal career was used up and grown on 14 offices in all of Louisiana. When his four children were younger, he was often able to act as a volunteer coach and is happy to watch his grandchildren as soon as they are older. Gordon McKernan's lawyers were also very involved in Louisiana Sports, from Nil partnerships with college athletes to the support of organizations such as Girls on the Run and the Miracle League.

“In a certain year we are involved in everything, from school teams to independent leagues and youth sports organizations based in the community,” said Mckernan. “Our business was blessed with the ability to support individuals and groups throughout the state, and we have the responsibility to give the people of Louisiana a little.”

Gordon Mckernan's lawyers were originally founded in the early 1980s as a law firm Mckernan, who based his practice on Christian principles and the protection of the rights of people whose life was affected by an accident. His son Gordon took over the management of the company in 2009 and has dramatically enlarged his presence and operations in Louisiana, which includes more than 200 employees and 55 lawyers. Gordon Mckernan remains anchored on the biblical principles of his family and continues to devote himself to his practice to help customers solve their personal injury fairly.

For the latest academic year, the Star of Stars award winner is selected as the best in their sport, which is based on all-distributors, all-metro and all-state honors, performances in regional and state competitions and recommendations for trainers in the region. This year's Keynote spokesman is Eddie Kennfeit, who played the leading athletics and football teams of the leading role before completing a 13-year NFL career with the then NFL career.
