Highlights from our YouTube channel: Airlinerporter

Let's be honest: views for the window seat are the best part of flying. We try to take many photos in our stories. But did you know that we have a YouTube channel with videos with some great Inflight moments?

We have views at the start! We have landing views! We even got some new airport terminals in the spotlight for a moment. All in all, we have a lot to have an Avgeek like you.

In this story, some of the newer highlights are put together from our channel. This includes an A380 start in Australia, a look from the two ends of the longest flight in the world and a full length feature in the world's best planning hotel.

Read on for the full list!

Time for the start

Between the roar of the engines, the view of the climb and the feeling that your adventure is just starting, the start is probably the best part of a flight. Below you will find some of our most popular latest start videos:

Singapore Airlines A380 Upper-Deck start view from Melbourne: There are so many factors that make this special value, from our seat in the upper deck to excellent business class in Singapore, to a very long start roll. Those among them who have A380 experience know that the window design of the aircraft makes it difficult to obtain unstoppable glare-free views. But to be honest, it's a bit cool how the window cheats on the prospects in it. We start with the taxi part of the flight, but if you are interested in a quick look at the A380 Business Class scroll in Singapore at the beginning of the video.

This flight from Singapore Airlines A380 was one of the best of my life – here is the whole story when you want to read more about it.

Qatar Airways 777 Departure from New York JFK: When residents resident in New York in recent years, I learned to appreciate how great the planning scene at JFK is. This video takes place from the beginning of a Qsuite flight from New York to Doha. Highlights: @ 1:26 to 31l, while you raise the plane in front of us, the entire start and the great view of the terminal of JFK 1 and 8 and @ 2: 32 are the view of the skyline of Manhattan. A unique part of this flight was that it was my first time in a back seat that you can see at the end of the video.

Just like in the last video, scroll back to the beginning when you want a look at the highlights in front of the Takeoff like the JFK Lounge of American and the Qsuite seat.

The longest flight in the world leads to heaven: Our most recent video (at least at the time of the publication of this story) comes from the world's longest flight: Singapore Airlines' Direct Route, which connects New York JFK and Singapore Changi. It was a departure 11 p.m. and the airport and Long Island glittered at night.

The same route the other way around with a daily departure: Two years ago I flew Singapore JFK route in the outgoing direction. Before getting in, we looked at the buzzing ramp activity before the flight. Our start list was almost a full minute for a full minute due to the fuel load and the hot and damp climate in Singapore.

Jal 777-300 start and ascent: In this JFK start video we leave Runway 4L and receive a different view in the JFK terminallout. The variety of long -distance beams on display is impressive. It was cloudy, and @ 1:33 You can see how the wing picks up the body towel of condensation, which you sometimes see on damp days. To break through the main cloud of cloud at 2:00 a.m. at 2:00 a.m.

We wrote a whole story about this jal flight from JFK to Tokyo Haneda.

Some love for landings

What goes up has to come down. And if this is the case, the prospects are generally beautiful.

Sunset descent to New York in an airline in Singapore A350: This was on the same flight as the start of Singapore Changi, which we used to show you … only 17 hours later (after all, it is the longest flight in the world). The entire descent and landing have been beautiful since it happened during the sunset. But things get really good at 1:20 when we act with the final approach from JFK 4R when the sunset showed its brightest colors. Singapore Airlines Aficionados can get a nostalgic kick from the music that you play during landing (@ 2:00). And although it was only a short look, the view of the decreasing aircraft still lives rental free in my head at 2:48.

Cathay Pacific A350-1000 Nose Cam Landing in Hong Kong: There is only one thing that can take our eyes away from the window while landing. And the thing is an external cameras view that we can see on the screen. As part of the excellent overall IFE system on Cathay's A350-1000 there was a nose cam view with which we saw the short final approach. You can skip 0:47 in the video below to get this view.

Avgeeking from the ground

Let's call it contraged, but some of our favorite videos related to aviation in connection with aviation were about things on Terra company.

Is that the best planning hotel in the world? After a stay in Tokyo Hanedas Excel Hotel, we have put together a complete video view, which is known as one of the world's best plan spot.

Excellent view from Laguardia Terminal BS Skybridges: There is a lot to love about Laguardia's new terminal B. But from an AVGEEK angle the profit factor is the overtaxiways skybridge scene. From these points of view, you get an unsurpassed look at the busy LGA ramp and Runway activity.

And on the subject of improvements at airports in the NYC region, we have put together a report on Newark's new terminal A. The video ends with a starting view of the new terminal with sunset in the background.
