Tear down a forgotten video game

Do you remember video volleye? NO? We don't either. It looks like it is a very early video game console that could play tennis, hockey or handball. In this video, [James] Tears apart. If you are like us, we suspect that there will hardly be more than one of these general instruments.

These don't look as if they are in mass production. The case looks like something from the shelf from those days. The whole thing looks more like a beautiful homebrew project or a pretty good prototype. Not like something you would buy in a shop.

The cabling also looks extremely handmade inside. The cheap phenolic PCB contained a surprise. The box has a dedicated “pong “acch. But it is not of general instruments! Instead, it is a national semiconductor chip.

The controllers are hardly more than potentiometers in a box with a switch. We ask ourselves how many of them have been done and what they sold for new ones. If you know something, let us know in the comments.
