Crow Wing County Crash demands the life of an 18 -year -old driver

Undated (Wjon News) – One person is dead and another is in a critical condition after a crash on Friday morning near Cross Lake. Crow Wing County's office said that they reacted to an accident with three vehicles around 8:20 a.m.

According to the sheriff's office, a dump truck drove north on County Road 1, and an SUV fell into County Road 1 from County Road 66 in the south when they collided. In the meantime, a 2nd SUV, which also bored the County Road 1 by County Road 66, was hit. According to the authorities, life-saving measures were carried out for the 18-year-old driver of the first SUV, but despite the efforts, the driver was declared dead at the scene. A passenger in the front seat of the first SUV was flown to the hospital in a critical condition.

A second passenger was taken to the hospital by a private party, with the authorities believing that they were not life -threatening injuries. The names were not published until the notification of family members, and the crash is examined by the Sheriff office of the Crow Wing County and the Minnesota State Patrol.
