The NBA Champion believes that Cavaliers are currently the favorite to win over East

The Cleveland Cavaliers are fresh from a dominant series by Miami Heat in the first round of the playoffs.

However, a former NBA champion does not believe that wine and gold will stop here.

Danny Green, who is a retired NBA player and the current analyst for ESPN, had to say this against the Cavaliers after her recent victory against the heat.

“Not only their depths, but also their maturity. I love the approach they pursue. [Donovan Mitchell] is locked up, laser focus. You have shown a lot of growth by winning this series [against Miami Miami]. They don't seem to be satisfied at all. You are ready to win and play, “said Green in a recent appearance at NBA on ESPN.

“And for me, how they play and how healthy they were, I see them as the favorites in the east.

These comments should mean a lot of a player from Green caliber and CV. The Sharp shooter won three NBA final during his career and started in over 150 playoff games.

Green also has a bit of additional insights into the core of the Cavaliers. He joined the squad for Cleveland's 2023 Playoff Run, who was Donovan Mitchell's first season in Cleveland.

While the former NBA champion has a lot of praise for this Cavalier team, wine and gold cannot become complacent with their game level.
