The former inhabitant of Vicksburg, which was killed in a car car in Kansas

Douglas County, Kansas (VDN) –A former resident of Vicksburg was involved in a fatal crash in Douglas County, Kansas.

The collapse of single rollover took place on Friday evening north of Lawrence, Kansas. The deceased was identified as 22-year-old Benjamin Eddie Thomas Brooks.

Brooks visited the Warren Central High School and lived in Topeka, Kansas at the time of the crash. Brooks served in the US Army and worked in the electric field. He leaves a woman and a child.

A 22-year-old Topeka man died on Friday evening north of Lawrence after a rollover accident with a single vehicle.

A police officer from Lawrence, who was the vehicle after 11 p.m., a White Dodge Ram 1500 pickup in a field near Midland Junction, near the US Highway 24-59 and in the street N 2000.

The sheriff's office notified family members and identified the driver as Benjamin Eddie Thomas Brooks from Topeka.

The DGSO crash reconstruction team has examined the scene and will complete a crash report. At this point, a preliminary indication that the driver missed the curve and there is no evidence that other vehicles were involved.
