1 killed, dozens injured after a tour bus crash on a 60 motorway in Hacienda Heights – Daily Breeze

One person was killed and dozens of others were injured, including two in a critical condition, when a tour bus had an SUV in the early Sunday, May 11th and the car started fire on the 60-motorway in Hacienda Heights Fire.

The crash on the motorway in a west direction on Hacienda Boulevard outside the ramp occurred around 5 a.m.

Firefighters and paramedics were sent at 5:07 a.m. and reported that an SUV was completely devoured in flames. According to the fire brigade of Los Angeles County, the fire did not spread into the bus.

According to the department, the SUV driver was declared dead.

The CHP officer Zachary Salazar said that 63 people were on board the bus, including the driver, and a total of 32 people on the bus were brought to hospitals.

The motorway in the west was completely closed after the crash, but some lanes were open again at 8:30 a.m.
