Second Livingston Arbitration after Doyle High Shooting | Crime/police

The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office and the Livingston Police Department made a second arrest with the fatal shootings on Friday on the Baseballfeld Doyle High School.

The 23-year-old Caleb Rowley from Denham Springs was arrested on Saturday and the Livingston police said in the Livingston Parish Detention Center due to the first degree murder, severe burglary, disability of the judiciary and manipulation of surveillance equipment.

“As always, my department for the security of our community is committed. We continue to pray for the family of the deceased and undertake not to let this examination not to be unnecessary,” said Chief Randy Dufrene in the press release.

Evan Lynch, a 23-year-old Walker resident, was fatally shot on Friday at 9 p.m. A person in the vehicle decided to transport Lynch at 9:07 p.m. and said that a man was shot into the chest and had trouble breathing. First aiders found the vehicle on the Red Oak Road and began to treat Lynch.

He died of his injuries shortly after midnight in a Baton Rouge hospital.

Brandon Soileau, a 19-year-old inhabitant of Denham Springs, was instructed to the Livingston Parish Detention Center on Saturday. The police said he fired the fatal shot. In the Facebook post on Sunday, they believed that the shootout was deliberately and could not have done the crime alone.

Livingston's police said they would not publish any additional information at this time, but will share more details after the examination has been completed.
