65,000 children confronted with death by Israeli hunger policy

The government of Gaza Strip warned on Friday that more than 65,000 children are immediately exposed to a risk due to the siege of Israel and a two -month blockade of the essential supplies on the Gaza Strip as part of their genocide campaign in the Palestinian enclave.

“The Israeli occupation is a famine that kills civilians and continues a systematic crime against 2.4 million people by closed over crossings and blocked 39,000 auxiliary cars with food, fuel and medicine in an obvious violation of international law,” says a statement by the Gaza Media Bureau.

It is said that all bakeries have not been operational and robbed of civilians bread for 40 days.

“Over 65,000 children are now exposed to hunger due to malnutrition when Israel armed the hunger against the civilian population,” added.

The explanation stated that 70 days of Israel's overall closure of intersections have worsened the breakdown of humanitarian and health systems in Gaza Strip.

It called for the international community and the UN to intervene urgently to stop the blockade, to reopen the intersections and to leave the flow of auxiliary and materiality in Gaza Strip.
