MP County County Rock Island County give an update about a crash in which a pedestrian was killed

Milan, Ill. (KWQC) – The office of the Sheriff of Rock Island County adopted an update about an accident with a vehicle and pedestrian early Saturday morning.

The MPs said that the investigators had identified the pedestrian and a suspect that was involved in the crash.

The names of the participants are held back until the notification at this time, according to the MPs.

According to the sheriff of Rock Island County, Sheriff Darren, the deputies arrived at around 3:57 a.m. in the 5100 block of Airport Road for reports about a person.

The MPs said that a person with serious injuries had been found and brought to a regional hospital before he was taken to the University of Iowa, where the person later died.

Vehicle cases were found at the scene, but there were no vehicles in the immediate vicinity, said MPs.

The MPs said the investigation was not yet complete.
