According to the criminal complaint, the Milwaukee police were sent to the Newberry and Hackett area for a report on a suspicious vehicle on Wednesday, April 30th. A person who called the police stated that “she saw the residents of a silver floor from the windows of the vehicle and pulled on the door handles of other parked vehicles than she drove by,” the complaint said. The officials searched and found a vehicle that corresponded to the description of the caller. The vehicle drove north at the intersection from Linnwood to Maryland. It was found that three people were in the vehicle. The officer then asked for a backup.

When the second squad was in sight, the officer activated his lights to make a traffic stop near Capitol and Green Bay Road. The vehicle stopped. In the complaint, however, it is said that the vehicle “pulled away from its patrol car after only a few seconds” and “drove on the wrong direction on a one -way street”. The police began to pursue the vehicle that “continued to accelerate to the north in the streets towards the south and traveled with a very high speed rate,” the complaint said. About 20 seconds later, the persecution officer saw the vehicle “a fall into a Ford edge that drove south on the lanes,” the complaint said.

When the officer drove up to the scene, he discovered the accused “stuck in the driver's seat and could not move,” the complaint said. The passenger also stuck in the vehicle and both screamed for help. The official also noticed that the person in the back of the vehicle “had no pulse and did not breathe at the time,” the complaint said. In the court registration, the officer also notes that the official removed people from the vehicle: “He found two firearms: an American tactical rifle .22 Caliber and an Anderson production.

All three people in the striking vehicle were taken to the hospital. The passenger and the back passenger later died of their injuries to the collision. The doctors found that the provisional cause of death was “several blunt violent violations due to auto collision” for both.
