Motorcycle beats children in East Oak Cliff; 1 child, driver killed

Two people were killed and a third was injured in a motorcycle accident on Saturday evening in East Oak Cliff, said the Dallas police.

Around 6 p.m., the officials reacted to a crash in the 3200 block of the South Lancaster Road near the Kiest Boulevard intersection. The police found that a motorcyclist had lost control and crashed in a parking lot. He met two children, both younger than 10.

A child and the motorcyclist died at the scene. The driver was identified in Dallas County Medical Examiner Records as a 33-year-old Kevin Waggoner and the child as 8-year-old Sirayjah Parson.

The other child who was not identified was taken to the hospital under an unknown state, the police said.
