Update: adult, toddler in I-70 accident near Claysville | killed news, sports, jobs

An adult and a small child were killed on Sunday afternoon in an accident with two vehicles on Interstate 70 near the output of Claysville.

The state police said that a passenger sedan was on the highway to the west when the driver lost control and shortly after 1 p.m.

The adult passenger in the car died at the scene, while the toddler was flown to a hospital in the region with the medical helicopter and later declared dead, the police said. Your identities were not immediately released.
