James Austin Johnson from SNL suffers a mid-show injury

James Austin Johnson has reached another Live on Saturday evening Milestone this week, although nobody hopes that someone is hoping for: he was injured in the middle of the show.

Like some spectators noticed with eagle eyes, the one who SNL The performer was on crutches at the end of the Walton Goggins eventual episode of Walton Goggins last night.

Latenighter has learned that Johnson injured his foot in costume for the live sketch of the last night, “the second change application”.

Ironically, the sketch was in no way physical. In “The Second Amendment” Johnson stood behind a table all the time when he played James Madison, who dressed in politicians in 1789 and looked at the Bill of Rights.

It is not clear whether he had already injured himself at the time, but when Johnson revealed the fans outside of 30 rock later in the evening, he apparently slipped into the heels he had worn for the sketch and injured his foot.

With the extent of Johnson's unclear injury, the time will show whether it affects its ability to take part in the 50th final of the season of the next week on the 50th final.
