Which NBA lottery team does Cooper Flag need the most?

The NBA draft lottery is Monday evening, where a team with the right to select first, goes away and thus has the opportunity to acquire Duke -Türmer Cooper Flag.

But who needs the young star the most?

Three teams have a 14% chance of winning the lottery, and those who Utah Jazz, Washington Wizards and Charlotte Hornets.

If we use this trio of teams as a starting point, which organization is then to need a large franchise player?

Utah jazz

This team definitely needs something. Although Lauri Markkanen has on his squad, jazz doesn't have much other, and although it wears several players on rookie contracts, most of which mostly seem to be fairly pedestrian compared to the way flag projects.
