A man from Rio Vista, who was charged with the death of his mother last year, had his provisional hearing shifted on Monday to June in front of the Solano County Supreme Court.

Jeffrey Clyde Aidnik, 58, was instructed by judge John B. Ellis to return to a standby conference on June 20 at 8:30 a.m., and his provisional hearing was set on July 1st before Ellis.

Aidnik is faced with murder accusation for murder and improvements as previously convicted criminals and an offense against the indictment for offense.

Aidnik was killed in the punishment of the DA in her house in Rio Vista “between May 10th and 13th” “between May 10th and 13th”.

Arrested on May 13, 2024 after his mother's body had been discovered in a trilogy home the day before.

According to the Rio Vista police, the officers answered at home to an application for social examination.

On arrival, the officers discovered the suspect, and after a short struggle, the suspect was arrested with minor injuries (but no officials were injured during the arrest, the police said.

Officers then discovered the body of a 78-year-old woman in the house. According to the police, she was later identified as Aidnik's mother.
